Our Story
One Step Property Solutions was founded in 2020, during a period when everyday life was being reshaped by the COVID-19 pandemic, restrictions on movement and unprecedented uncertainty.
It was during this period that we saw an opportunity to approach property management differently.
We believed property ownership should come with peace of mind, not the constant pressure of chasing rent, responding to tenant concerns, coordinating repairs, dealing with vacancies and worrying about what is happening at the property when the owner is not there.
That belief became the foundation of One Step Property Solutions.
Our purpose is simple: to make property ownership simpler while making renting easier and better.
For property owners, this means professional and accountable management designed to reduce the day-to-day burden of owning property while helping to prevent or minimise both foreseeable and unforeseen challenges.
